The Role
To provide support and guidance relating to general Recruitment and HR activities and ensuring policies
and procedures are being followed.
Role responsibilities
- Reporting on recruitment and HR metrics by collating data through Business Objects on area
such as turnover, retention rates, gender pay gap, headcount, equality and diversity (ED&I) and
attrition to the Head of Recruitment and Onboarding to highlight trends and inform business
decisions. - Assist with recruitment activities by providing support to the recruitment and selection process
and to the onboarding process to provide administrative consistency. - Support the creation of new recruitment vacancies and documentation, by updating
organisational charts, loading adverts and creating the vacancy on the system to ensure TfW has
and audit trial for its resourcing provision. - Co-ordinate the job evaluation process by scheduling and organising documentation,
collaborating with managers, whilst ensuring all records are kept up to date.
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative position ideally within a HR function.
- Strong IT skills, experience of working with Microsoft programmes and HR systems.
- Organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Welsh Language Skills
While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
