The Role
This role provides property input and advice to Infrastructure Teams who are delivering new transport schemes, the Bus Franchising Programme and Network North Wales Investment plan.
Role responsibilities
- Support other TfW directorates in connection with the development of infrastructure projects , via regular face to face meetings with the Project Delivery Teams to enable the projects to be delivered on target and on time.
- Conduct land and property referencing by utilising land registry data to ensure feasibility of project options and report back to the instructing department with advice.
- Produce ownership plans using online mapping software to advise stakeholders on TfW's boundary position and to enable negotiation of terms for the transaction.
- Review land or property rights by establishing findings and reporting back to understand the rights TfW benefit from.
Who we're looking for
- Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Estates Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with land and property acquisitions and other forms of property transaction or commercial agreements.
- Demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders and effective relationship management.
- Demonstrable experience in writing coherent reports and present proposals to stakeholders.
Welsh Language Skills
While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
