The Role
To provide the coordination that enables the Planning and Performance programme portfolio to operate effectively. The
role brings together activity across multiple workstreams, ensuring information is well managed, communication is clear,
and governance processes are consistently applied. It requires independent thinking to resolve issues, creativity to
improve ways of working, and strong organisational skills to keep programme activity aligned and on track.
Role responsibilities
- Update the RAID log and action tracker, follow up with owners for updates, and escalate risks or issues when required.
- Coordinate periodic reporting submissions, monitor deadlines and compile final packs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements.
- Improve templates, trackers and reporting processes to enhance clarity and efficiency.
Who we're looking for
- Demonstrable organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and information sources.
- Confident IT skills, including effective use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Ability to maintain accurate logs, trackers, meeting notes and structured information with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collect, check and summarise information clearly to support reporting and decision making.
Welsh Language Skills
While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
