Future Leaders Graduate Scheme

We’re offering a two-year graduate programme to develop our future leaders. You’ll learn new skills, grow your expertise and gain valuable experience. You’ll see the impact of what you’re doing every day.

You’ll choose a specialism such as transport planning, finance, engineering, HR or business management and rotate between different teams that work in your chosen discipline. You’ll get hands-on experience of projects that are reshaping Wales' transport network.

The scheme provides structured mentorship, access to workshops and financial support for your professional qualifications.

These conversations will help identify opportunities that align with your skills and ambitions, whether you’re thinking of applying for a role in the team you’re already working in, or another one in TfW.
