If you meet the minimum requirements of the role, you can fill in and submit an online application which will include entering your personal details, experience and qualifications.  

You will then be sent an online quiz to answer questions around what your understanding of the role is. 

If you are successful through the above tests, you will be sent a link to complete an online video interview and record your answers to several pre-set questions.

Your application will be reviewed to determine if it meets the requirements we are looking for, you’ll then be invited to an interview with the recruiting manager. 

For Cleaning roles, candidates will be required to attend an interview with competency-based questions.

For Catering roles, candidates will meet the hiring team at an Assessment Centre, which will include a competency-based question-and-answer session.

If you’re successful, you’ll receive an update from the Recruitment team providing you with the offer details for the position! 

You’ll receive a link from our third-party supplier Pertemps who manage our checks.

After your background checks have been completed, the Recruitment team will send across your onboarding forms to complete, including your contract of employment and a link to complete a medical questionnaire.
